Canned Elegance

 Hi everyone!!!
Start of a new month... So start of new inspirations. I'm at the Rhedd's Creative Spirit Blog with my creative work... An altered sweet tin.

The metal tin was first primed with black gesso and plastered later with Leather finish paper.

I took 2 same diecut designs and heat embossed them with gold embossing powder. I think my powder was way too old that there was no gold shine at all.

So I rubbed Inka Gold Old Gold and Antique Brilliance Red Amber and Bronze Age Art waxes to bring out that perfect look that I wanted. Followed the same method for the Flourish embellishments on the sides.

In the meantime, I used paper clay on IOD Moulds and created my mould.
I next adhered these diecuts and layered it with the moulds and art stones and mega art stones. Once this was dry, rubbed the same art waxes to go well with the background. There you go... my tin is ready.

Looking forward to your participation in the challenges.
Have a great day!!!
