Grow Stronger

Strength and Growth come only through continuous Effort and Struggle!!!

Take the life cycle of a butterfly. It starts like a caterpillar crawling with difficulties, struggling to protect itself from predators. But give it time... And it transforms into a beautiful butterfly that soars with optimism and the cycle continues. Such is life. Every obstacle that life throws at us, is an opportunity to grow stronger and better.

We must believe in ourselves. We may not succeed immediately but give it time and we definitely will.

For the base, used Distress oxides Squeezed Lemon, Worn Lipstick and Cracked Pistachio. Misted with water to initiate the oxidation. Applied 3d gloss gel through Prima Sparks stencil and TCW Damask stencil. When it dried, gently rubbed Rose Gold Wax and Mystic Turquoise Wax. Gave the script impression with script stamp and decorative elements using Archival inks.  Added washi tape. Next Die cut the butterflies and heat embossed with Silver. Layered some thread to the base to depict the roughness of life.  It show the struggles the butterfly goes through in its cycle as a caterpillar. The black laser cut embellishment was added to represent the patience the caterpillar has inside the cocoon. On top I adhered the heat embossed butterflies to depict how it emerges beautiful and shiny from the struggle. Finally added my positive quote and embellished with Liquid pearls.
