I have made 2 cards. A video tutorial for one and step by step tutorial for the other. I have used the MHK designs stamps, our sponsor for this month. I have chosen Friendship Digital stamp set from their collection. It has 1 image and 3 sentiments.
For the first card, I cut a black card stock of size 8" by 7". Next I took 4 strips of 1" width each applied Finnabair crackle paste and let it dry. Then with Lindy's Clam Bake Beige, Cape Cod Coral, Whale Watch Blue and Sassy Sapphire, I sprayed on the strips. Next I trimmed the strips to the required size and adhered to the base. Felt the sassy blue strip was a little out of sync. So except that, added all other 3. I then cut a Stamperia pattern paper to 6" by 3" and added to the background.
Now I printed the Images from the Friendship digital stamp set and coloured it with Zig markers. With Heartfelt Creations Eyelet Oval die, I diecut the coloured image and added to the card along with the sentiment.
Now to the second card.
I have created a diagonal fold card with a double sided pattern paper which I had in my stash. I printed my stamps and coloured them with zig markers and adhered them to the card. I have done a full length video tutorial on this.
