Hope

Remember the movie The Shawshank Redemption?? Though a very intense movie, it is one of my all time favourite.

Andy Dufresne lost his wife... lost his high paying job... lost his status... spent 20 years in the Shawshank prison for a crime he never committed... got raped several times... had no reason to survive... there was no chance that he would ever get out of that hell.

But he survived. He lived because he found himself a reason to live... a ray of hope.

"Remember Red, hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things, and no good things ever dies. "

2020 was filled with lots of ups and downs for everyone. That too with the global pandemic it was difficult for everyone to relax. But everyone had hope, because that was a good thing and it still does.

With this thought let us usher in 2021.... let us hope this will be the year of unlimited possibilities, an abundance of love, health, wealth and success.

On that note, I wish everyone a very Happy New Year.

January 2021 Mood Board

The mood board is filled with lots of textures and soft colours. This inspired me to create something related to the moon with grungy surface yet the softness associated with its light.
